My mother, Durga Devi Sapkota (43), from Madi-5, Nayapipariya, Chitwan, suddenly suffered a serious brain stroke on 2082/11/06 at 8:00 AM due to a blood clot in her brain. It was a terrifying moment for our family. She was immediately rushed for treatment and underwent emergency brain surgery the same day at 6:00 PM at Chitwan Mutu Hospital. By God’s grace, the surgery was successful. However, her condition is still very critical. She is currently admitted at Purano Medical College (CMS) in the Post-Op ICU (Bed No. 08). She requires continuous ICU care, life-saving medicines, and close monitoring by doctors. Every single day in the ICU brings heavy medical expenses that our family cannot afford alone.
